{"id":7735,"date":"2023-03-27T17:30:55","date_gmt":"2023-03-27T20:30:55","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/jm-metropole.com.br\/site\/?p=7735"},"modified":"2023-03-27T17:30:55","modified_gmt":"2023-03-27T20:30:55","slug":"camara-aprova-direito-a-acompanhante-para-mulher-que-realizar-exame-com-sedacao-fonte-agencia-camara-de-noticias","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/jm-metropole.com.br\/site\/camara-aprova-direito-a-acompanhante-para-mulher-que-realizar-exame-com-sedacao-fonte-agencia-camara-de-noticias\/","title":{"rendered":"C\u00e2mara aprova direito a acompanhante para mulher que realizar exame com seda\u00e7\u00e3o  Fonte: Ag\u00eancia C\u00e2mara de Not\u00edcias"},"content":{"rendered":"<div class=\"x11i5rnm xat24cr x1mh8g0r x1vvkbs xdj266r x126k92a\">\n<div dir=\"auto\">O Plen\u00e1rio aprovou o projeto de lei da C\u00e2mara que amplia o direito da mulher de ter acompanhante nos atendimentos realizados em servi\u00e7os de sa\u00fade p\u00fablicos e privados, com ou sem necessidade de seda\u00e7\u00e3o.<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"x11i5rnm xat24cr x1mh8g0r x1vvkbs xtlvy1s x126k92a\">\n<div dir=\"auto\">O projeto estabelece que, em consultas, exames e procedimentos realizados em unidades de sa\u00fade p\u00fablicas ou privadas, toda mulher tem o direito de ser acompanhada por pessoa maior de idade, durante todo o per\u00edodo do atendimento, independentemente de notifica\u00e7\u00e3o pr\u00e9via.<\/div>\n<div dir=\"auto\"><\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"x11i5rnm xat24cr x1mh8g0r x1vvkbs xtlvy1s x126k92a\">\n<div dir=\"auto\">O acompanhante ser\u00e1 de livre indica\u00e7\u00e3o da paciente ou, nos casos em que ela esteja impossibilitada de manifestar sua vontade, de seu representante legal, e est\u00e1 obrigado a preservar o sigilo das informa\u00e7\u00f5es de sa\u00fade de que tiver conhecimento em raz\u00e3o do acompanhamento.<\/div>\n<div dir=\"auto\"><\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"x11i5rnm xat24cr x1mh8g0r x1vvkbs xtlvy1s x126k92a\">\n<div dir=\"auto\">No caso de atendimento que envolva qualquer tipo de seda\u00e7\u00e3o ou rebaixamento do n\u00edvel de consci\u00eancia, caso a paciente n\u00e3o indique acompanhante, a unidade de sa\u00fade respons\u00e1vel pelo atendimento indicar\u00e1 pessoa para acompanh\u00e1-la, preferencialmente profissional de sa\u00fade do sexo feminino, sem custo adicional para a paciente, que poder\u00e1 recusar o nome indicado e solicitar a indica\u00e7\u00e3o de outro, independentemente de justificativa, registrando-se o nome escolhido no documento gerado durante o atendimento.<\/div>\n<div dir=\"auto\"><\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"x11i5rnm xat24cr x1mh8g0r x1vvkbs xtlvy1s x126k92a\">\n<div dir=\"auto\">Em caso de atendimento com seda\u00e7\u00e3o, a eventual ren\u00fancia da paciente ao direito dever\u00e1 ser feita por escrito, ap\u00f3s o esclarecimento dos seus direitos, com no m\u00ednimo 24 horas de anteced\u00eancia, assinada por ela e arquivada em seu prontu\u00e1rio.
